If Wayne Albright, a prisoner in Florida, has his way then Kanye West and Kim Kardashian will have to be stopped at the Florida border and denied entry to the state for being nothing but imitators of Jay Z and Beyonce.
Albright is so adamant that he has taken the case to court. The prisoner has been incarcerated since 2000 for an attempted sexual assault, and although he has been deemed too dangerous to be free yet in the 21st century, he thinks Florida needs protecting from the couple he has decided to call "Meat Whistles," and "Moose Knuckles." He thinks they should be banned from appearing on television programs aired in Florida unless the show is "Court TV and they're on trial for posing as a famous couple."
Albright wants a temporary restraining order in place and has asked the judge to "make us all proud." The frequent headlining performer, Kanye West, recently settled the lawsuit with Daniel Ramos, but this fresh case hardly threatens to cause him similar headaches. Fans of hip hop will be glad to focus on the potential "All Day" remix, which is set to feature Kendrick Lamar instead.
